&amp; SELFIE School Report<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0cfe66c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0cfe66c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"translation-block\">SELFIE is a free, customisable tool to help schools reflect on how they use digital technologies to support teaching and learning. The SELFIE tool is one of the 11 initiatives set out in the <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/education\/education-in-the-eu\/digital-education-action-plan_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Digital Education Action Plan of the European Commission<\/a> to promote the effective use of digital technologies in schools by supporting innovation in teaching and learning practices. SELFIE stands for <strong><em>S<\/em><\/strong><em>elf-reflection on <strong>E<\/strong>ffective <strong>L<\/strong>earning by <strong>F<\/strong>ostering <strong>I<\/strong>nnovation through <strong>E<\/strong>ducational Technology, <\/em>and it addresses digitally-based innovation right across the school organisation. The tool is based on the <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/jrc\/en\/digcomporg\/framework\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>European Framework for Digitally-Competent Educational Organisations<\/em> (DigCompOrg)<\/a><a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\" target=\"_self\"><\/a> and has been developed in a participatory manner, involving schools, policy makers, and researchers from across Europe.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>SELFIE keskittyy oppimiseen teknologian sijaan<\/strong>. N\u00e4in ollen siin\u00e4 tarkastellaan kaikkia koulun ulottuvuuksia: koulun strategioita; opetus-, oppimis- ja arviointik\u00e4yt\u00e4nt\u00f6j\u00e4; teknist\u00e4 ja fyysist\u00e4  infrastruktuuria; opetussuunnitelmia  ja oppilaskokemusta. Se ei ole miss\u00e4\u00e4n nimess\u00e4 suunnattu teknologisesti edistyneille kouluille. Itse asiassa SELFIE on erityisen hy\u00f6dyllinen kouluille, joiden infrastruktuuri on edelleen melko kehittym\u00e4t\u00f6n ja joissa digiteknologian k\u00e4ytt\u00f6 on melko v\u00e4h\u00e4ist\u00e4. Ty\u00f6kaluna ja siihen liittyv\u00e4n\u00e4 arviointiprosessina SELFIE on suunniteltu tukemaan jatkuvaa, j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4llist\u00e4 ja avointa k\u00e4yt\u00e4nt\u00f6jen  kehitt\u00e4mist\u00e4.  SELFIE rohkaisee kouluyhteis\u00f6j\u00e4 s\u00e4\u00e4nn\u00f6lliseen edistymisen arviointiin ja suunnittelemaan seuraavia askeleita  matkalla tehokkaan digiajan oppimisen toteutumiseen.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">SELFIE koostuu kolmesta eri vastaajaryhm\u00e4lle kohdistetusta itsearviointikyselyst\u00e4 (vastaajaryhm\u00e4t ovat koulun johto, opettajat ja oppilaat ). N\u00e4it\u00e4 vastaajia pyydet\u00e4\u00e4n pohtimaan kokemuksiaan siit\u00e4, miten digitaalisia teknologioita k\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n opetukseen ja oppimiseen koulun oppimisyhteis\u00f6ss\u00e4. Jokainen kysely  sis\u00e4lt\u00e4\u00e4 joukon <strong> keskeisi\u00e4 kysymyksi\u00e4 <\/strong> (useimmat n\u00e4ist\u00e4 ovat yhteisi\u00e4 kaikille koulutusasteille), se voi sis\u00e4lt\u00e4\u00e4 my\u00f6s joitakin <strong> valinnaisia kysymyksi\u00e4  <\/strong> (jotka on valittu joukosta ennalta m\u00e4\u00e4riteltyj\u00e4 kysymyksi\u00e4, ja joita koulu voi lis\u00e4t\u00e4 kyselylomakkeisiin tarpeidensa mukaan). Lis\u00e4ksi kouluilla on mahdollisuus luoda <strong> itse m\u00e4\u00e4riteltyj\u00e4 kysymyksi\u00e4 <\/strong>.  SELFIE-arviointiin osallistuminen on vapaaehtoista, ja kaikki ker\u00e4tyt tiedot ovat anonyymej\u00e4 ja ne tallennetaan turvallisesti Euroopan komission palvelimille.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Kun arviointiin osallistuvat koulunjohto, opettajat ja oppilaat ovat toimittaneet kyselyvastauksensa, koulu saa automaattisesti yksityiskohtaisen, r\u00e4\u00e4t\u00e4l\u00f6idyn raportin, nimelt\u00e4\u00e4n koulun <strong> SELFIE-raportti <\/strong>. T\u00e4m\u00e4 kuvaa osallistujien n\u00e4kemyksi\u00e4 siit\u00e4, miten heid\u00e4n koulunsa k\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 digitaalisia teknologioita oppimiseen, ja tuo esiin vahvuuksia teknologian k\u00e4yt\u00f6ss\u00e4 ja my\u00f6s mahdollisia parannuskohteita.  Mit\u00e4 enemm\u00e4n vastaajia on mukana  SELFIEss\u00e4, sit\u00e4 selke\u00e4mpi ja tarkempi koulun SELFIE-raportti on.<\/p><p>Vain arviointiin osallistuvalla koululla itsell\u00e4\u00e4n on p\u00e4\u00e4sy raporttiin, joka tarjoaa koulunjohdon, opettajien ja oppilaiden antamien tietojen kokonaistulokset ja niihin liittyv\u00e4t erittelyt. Tiedot n\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n eri tavoin, mik\u00e4 mahdollistaa erilaiset vertailut ja analyysit monella tarkastelutasolla. Seuraavassa taulukossa on yleisn\u00e4kym\u00e4 viidest\u00e4 t\u00e4rkeimm\u00e4st\u00e4 raportin osasta,  sek\u00e4 joitakin anonyymej\u00e4 esimerkkituloksia.*<\/p><p>Yleisohje SELFIEn tuloksien analysointiin: Keskity (a) korkeisiin tai mataliin yhteistuloksiin, ja (b) oppilaiden, opettajien ja koulunjohdon arviointien eroavuuksiin koskien teknologian k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00e4. N\u00e4iden avulla koulu voi saada paremman ymm\u00e4rryksen niist\u00e4 alueista jotka vaativat kehitt\u00e4mist\u00e4.<\/p><p>Jokaisen koulun on itse p\u00e4\u00e4tett\u00e4v\u00e4, miten he haluavat k\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 tuloksiaan. SELFIE-raportin avulla voidaan kouluyhteis\u00f6ss\u00e4 k\u00e4ynnist\u00e4\u00e4 sis\u00e4inen vuoropuhelu, tavoitteena mahdollisesti laatia suunnitelma digiteknologioiden k\u00e4yt\u00f6n parantamiseksi opetuksessa ja oppimisessa.
