Koulun koko oppimisyhteis\u00f6 osallistuu suunnitelmassa m\u00e4\u00e4riteltyihin toimenpiteisiin. P\u00e4\u00e4vastuu SELFIE PTK-prosessin koordinoinnista kuuluu kuitenkin ns. SELFIE-ohjausryhm\u00e4lle.  Sen teht\u00e4vi\u00e4 ovat mm. suunnitelman laatiminen, koulun johdon ja opetushenkil\u00f6st\u00f6n saaminen mukaan (tavoitteiden jakaminen ja sitouttaminen niiden toteuttamiseen)  ja my\u00f6s teht\u00e4v\u00e4n muutoksen seuraaminen ja arviointi.
