T\u00e4m\u00e4 suunnitelma  ehdottaa toimintoja, jotka voidaan yleens\u00e4 toteuttaa yhden kouluvuoden aikana (tai pidemm\u00e4ll\u00e4 aikav\u00e4lill\u00e4).
