data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Una volta iniziato l\u2019implementazione del Piano di Azione SELFIE (Step 6), si \u00e8 pronti ad attivare il meccanismo definito nello Step 5 per monitorare e valutare le azioni  intraprese. In questo fase, si dovr\u00e0:<\/p><ul><li>Monitorare e valutare le azioni che sono in corso ed apportare eventuali aggiustamenti necessari al piano di azione.<\/li><li>Una volta completate le azioni da intraprendere, fare commenti circostanziati per riferimento futuro ed eventuali migliorie.<\/li><\/ul><p>Va in considerazione che anche se questa \u00e8 la fase finale di SELFIE PTK, va comunque intesa come parte di un processo in evoluzione. I risultati dovrebbero servire a migliorare eventuali futuri piani di azione, facendo tesoro dell\u2019esperienza acquisita nell'implementare questo piano.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-081f479 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"081f479\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">HOW DO WE PERFORM THIS STEP?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2c7fc52 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2c7fc52\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Mentre il piano di azione \u00e9 in corso, \u00e9 essenziale tenere sotto controllo il processo, affinch\u00e9 le azioni intraprese seguano il percorso previsto, assicurandosi che vengano completate efficacemente. In base ai criteri, agli strumenti e ai metodi definiti durante lo step 5 per la buona riuscita dell\u2019intervento, vanno monitorati e valutati sia l\u2019avanzamento sia l\u2019impatto di ciascuna azione, determinando  il grado  in cui gli obiettivi sono stati raggiunti o l\u2019eventuale bisogno di ricalibrazione degli stessi.<\/p><p>E\u2019 importante che monitoraggio e valutazione vengano condotti per tutta la fase di implementazione in modo sistematico (a intervalli regolari) cos\u00ec che qualsiasi problematica possa essere identificata e affrontata in modo tempestivo trovando soluzioni appropriate.<\/p><p>Se il monitoraggio dovesse mettere in evidenza la necessit\u00e0 fare aggiustamenti sul momento, per una qualsiasi attivit\u00e0, potrebbe essere necessario ripetere gli Step 4 e 5 (Fase 2) e adattare la struttura del piano di azione. Si tenga presente che la pianificazione e l'implementazione del piano sono strettamente interconnesse quindi qualsiasi modifica avr\u00e0 implicazioni per il piano di azione nel suo complesso. Si consideri che affinch\u00e9 l\u2019azione abbia successo, tutti gli obiettivi prefissati devono essere raggiunti.<\/p><p>Una volta completata ciascuna azione e raccolti i dati e i materiali correlati, \u00e8 importante annotare le riflessioni fatte su ciascuna azione, a prescindere dal pieno raggiungimento o meno degli obiettivi prefissati. Tali riflessioni riguardano:<\/p><ol><li>fino a che punto gli obiettivi sono stati raggiunti,<\/li><li>in che modo insegnanti e studenti hanno svolto il proprio ruolo<\/li><li>punti di forza e debolezza emersi durante l\u2019azione<\/li><li>gli aspetti che hanno funzionato o quelli che non hanno funzionato (in base a bisogni e profilo di chi ha partecipato all\u2019azione o altri fattori correlati)<\/li><li>se e come gli insegnanti e gli studenti hanno percepito i cambiamenti relativi all\u2019obiettivo\/obiettivi dell\u2019azione e<\/li><li>eventuali suggerimenti di miglioramento o di azioni future.<\/li><\/ol><p>Considerando che il piano di azione SELFIE (seppure attuato durante uno specifico periodo scolastico) fa parte di un processo iterativo continuativo, la riflessione sull\u2019esperienza fatta potr\u00e0 fornire indicazioni di grandissimo valore per migliorare la pianificazione di azioni successive.<\/p><p>La valutazione complessiva delle azioni svolte dovrebbe prendere in considerazione non solo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati ma anche fino a che punto tali azioni hanno contribuito ad espandere le capacit\u00e0 digitali dell\u2019intera scuola. Ci\u00f2 si riferisce sia alle specifiche aree\/agli specifici item selezionati nello Step 1, sia, nel caso, ad effetti positivi su altre aree\/altri item che erano al di fuori del settore di intervento specifico del piano di azione.<\/p><p>Per avere un quadro di tali progressi, la scuola pu\u00f2 considerare di ripetere il processo di autoriflessione SELFIE. Ci\u00f2 permetter\u00e0 di confrontare i dati del rapporto SELFIE iniziale usato dalla scuola all\u2019avvio del processo SELFIE PTK (Step 1) con i dati sullo status raggiunto, descritto nel nuovo report SELFIE della scuola. informale) a coloro che hanno partecipato attivamente nell'intraprendere i diversi Step del SELFIE PTK (per es. personale scolastico e studenti) e ad altri stakeholders (per es. ispettori scolastici e
