1) e raggiunta la comprensione condivisa fra tutti i membri del team di coordinamento rispetto alla problematica (o problematiche) in questione (Fase 2), \u00e8 giunto il momento di stabilire delle priorit\u00e0 ed i relativi obiettivi nel Piano d'Azione SELFIE. Questa fase  prevede:<\/p><ul><li>Assegnazione delle priorit\u00e0 alle Aree * e\/o item SELFIE identificati fra quelli che necessitano un intervento.<\/li><li>Definire degli obiettivi di miglioramento associabili a queste priorit\u00e0.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fcd0ad7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fcd0ad7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><em>*Ci sono otto (8) Aree SELFIE indicate dalla prima lettera in ogni voce: (A) Leadership, (B) Collaborazioni e interazione in rete, (C) Infrastruttura e Attrezzature, (D) Sviluppo Professionale Continuo, (E) Pedagogia: Strumenti e risorse, (F) Pedagogia: attuazione in classe, (G) Prassi di valutazione, (H) Competenza digitale degli studenti.<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c5d3742 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"c5d3742\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c3ecc37 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c3ecc37\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Come si fa?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-35f261a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"35f261a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In questa fase occorre (a) attribuire la relativa priorit\u00e0 alle Aree e\/o gli elementi SELFIE gi\u00e0 identificati nei precedenti Step 1 e 2 per l\u2019intervento e (b) stabilire degli obiettivi volti al miglioramento associabili a queste priorit\u00e0. \u00c8 importante sottolineare che gli obiettivi che verranno identificati in questo momento diventeranno poi gli obiettivi generali del Piano d'Azione SELFIE della propria scuola sviluppato nei successivi Step 4 e 5 (Fase 2).<\/p>\n<p>Queste priorit\u00e0 e obiettivi dovrebbero essere coerenti e complementari rispetto alle priorit\u00e0 globali definite dalla propria scuola e, inoltre, dovrebbero riflettere le politiche ed iniziative definite dalle autorit\u00e0 educative a livello locale\/regionale\/nazionale. Nell'individuare le priorit\u00e0 della propria scuola ed i relativi obiettivi, conviene tenere conto anche di condizioni specifiche (ad es. l'urgenza delle problematiche in esame), gli eventuali vincoli (ad es. le risorse richieste, la tempistica per completare tutte le azioni) e l\u2019effettiva fattibilit\u00e0 dell\u2019intervento complessivo. Una volta che le priorit\u00e0 e gli obiettivi generali verranno definiti e concordati dall'intero team di coordinamento SELFIE PTK, sar\u00e0 possibile iniziare a sviluppare in dettaglio il Piano d'Azione SELFIE.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Per ciascuna priorit\u00e0 identificata, occorre definire uno o pi\u00f9 obiettivi che devono essere coerenti con tale priorit\u00e0, misurabili e realistici, e in sintonia con il miglioramento o l'ottimizzazione auspicata in funzione di quanto emerso nel corso degli Step 1 e 2. Rispettare tali criteri \u00e8 assolutamente fondamentale per consentire l\u2019adozione di strategie e pratiche pi\u00f9 efficaci e innovative nell'uso della tecnologia digitale presso la propria scuola. A tal fine, si pu\u00f2 fare riferimento agli obiettivi di esempio proposti nelle linee guida del SELFIE PTK, adottandoli e adattandoli nei modi ritenuti pi\u00f9 opportuni per rispondere meglio alle proprie esigenze.
