mirate a raggiungere gli obiettivi stabiliti\u00a0<\/li><li>Cominciare a delineare il Piano d'Azione SELFIE della propria scuola basandosi sugli esiti dei Step precedenti (Fase 1)<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c5d3742 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"c5d3742\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Nello Step 4 si descrive le attivit\u00e0 da implementare nel Piano d'Azione SELFIE della propria scuola. Tale descrizione costituisce il cuore del Piano (che verr\u00e0 completato nel successivo Step 5), un documento esaustivo che aiuter\u00e0 di pianificare, attuare e valutare le attivit\u00e0 con successo.<\/p><p>Si pu\u00f2 avviare il processo con una sessione di brainstorming per delineare un insieme iniziale di attivit\u00e0 mirate a raggiungere obiettivi e priorit\u00e0 definite nel Step 3. Allo scopo di raggiungere i singoli obiettivi, \u00e8 possibile identificare una o anche pi\u00f9 attivit\u00e0. Alcuni obiettivi potrebbero essere raggiunti in un arco di tempo relativamente breve (per es. alcuni mesi), mentre altri potrebbero richiedere pi\u00f9 di un anno di attivit\u00e0 prima di essere completati. Man mano che si definisce le attivit\u00e0, \u00e8 importante assicurare che queste tengano conto degli esiti generati nelle fais precedenti. Un possibile modo di tenerli sempre presenti (per esempio copiando le priorit\u00e0 e gli obiettivi delineati nello Step 3 nel modulo previsto per la descrizione del Piano d\u2019Azione SELFIE, in modo da farvi riferimento).<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Per assicurarvi che le attivit\u00e0 del proprio Piano d'Azione SELFIE siano definite in modo valido e affidabile, si pu\u00f2 adottare l\u2019approccio <strong>S.M.A.R.T.<\/strong> approach:<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"> <strong>S<\/strong><\/span>pecifico, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>M<\/strong><\/span>isurabile,  <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>A<\/strong><\/span>ttuabile,\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong> R<\/strong><\/span>iconducibile (alla situazione attuale della propria scuola e al conseguimento della specifica priorit\u00e0) e <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>T<\/strong><\/span>erminabile (eseguibile in un determinato arco di tempo) (Doran, 1981). Se un\u2019attivit\u00e0 appare complessa e difficile da conseguire, potrebbe essere suddivisa in azioni pi\u00f9 ridotte e quindi pi\u00f9 facili da implementare e gestire.<\/p><p>Una volta definite le attivit\u00e0, occorre verificare se sarebbe opportuno attribuire loro delle relative priorit\u00e0: potrebbero esserci delle interdipendenze, specifiche scadenze o vincoli temporali. A tale proposito, prima di procedere \u00e8 opportuno confrontarsi con i colleghi nella propria scuola per poter ricevere ulteriori suggerimenti e per raggiungere un consenso generale.<\/p><p>Occorre tener presente che, a questo punto, il Piano d'Azione SELFIE \u00e8 ancora nello stato preliminare, nel senso che verr\u00e0 completato e raffinato nei Step successivi. On the other hand, the User Dashboard aimed to provide educational authorities a way to monitor the progress of schools, in terms of their SELFIE-based Action Plan and provide feedback. SELFIE PTK\u2019s User Dashboard has been developed as a proof of concept during the pilot implementation of the SHERPA project. Considerando lo sviluppo e l\u2019integrazione costante delle tecnologie nella didattica, il ePortfolio offre agli studenti una postazione di lavoro digitale in cui \u201craccogliere\u201d il proprio apprendimento, sottoporre e gestire il lavoro collezionato, riflettere su quello che hanno imparato, condividere, fissare degli obiettivi e mostrare quanto imparato e raggiunto (Cyprus Pedagogical Institute, 2021; EUfolio, 2014). A tal fine, si possono includere esempi di modelli e quadri di riferimento \u2018graduati\u2019 a livelli progressivi, come ad esempio il <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dlplanning.ie\/\" target=\"_self\">Digital Learning Framework<\/a>  o i quadri di riferimento <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/jrc\/en\/digcomporg\/framework\" target=\"_self\">DigCompOrg<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/jrc\/en\/digcompedu\" target=\"_self\">DigCompEdu<\/a>; tutti questi strumenti classificano le competenze (insieme ai relativi descrittori ed affermazione \u2018personali\u2019) in livelli di capacit\u00e0 progressivi. Anche se non vi \u00e8 nessuna correlazione diretta e univoca tra i diversi elementi (Aree, Item e Competenze) trattati in SELFIE e quelli di quest\u2019altri quadri di riferimento, metterli a confronto potrebbe aiutare sia gli insegnanti che la scuola a comprendere meglio il panorama delle diverse competenze digitali ivi presente, suggerirono anche modalit\u00e0 per il loro sviluppo. Un confronto collettivo in questa direzione potrebbe aiutare a formulare gli obiettivi e le azioni del proprio Piano d'Azione SELFIE in modo pi\u00f9 tangibile, preciso e specifico.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Per esempio, nell\u2019Area SELFIE \u201cDidattica e apprendimento - Parte 2  Prassi\u201d, uno degli indicatori \u00e8 \u201cCollaborazione tra studenti\u201d (D9). Tale item \u00e8 coerente con una delle 22 competenze del quadro di riferimento DigCompEdu, ossia \u201cApprendimento collaborativo\u201d nell\u2019area \u201cInsegnamento e Apprendimento\u201d. Per ciascuna delle 22 competenze, descrittori e <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/jrc\/en\/digcompedu\/framework\/proficiency-levels\" target=\"_self\"> affermazioni di competenza in DigCompEdu<\/a>, vi sono descrizioni diverse a sei livelli progressivi di competenza. Usando il SHERPA PTK, la scuola potrebbe avvalersi di tali descrittori classificati per livello progressivo di competenza, in modo da (a) comprendere meglio il livello generale delle proprie capacit\u00e0 collettive riguardo a specifiche competenze, e (b) fare riferimento alle descrizioni dettagliate dei criteri di progressione quando vengono formulate gli obiettivi e le  azioni per raggiungerli.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Come anel caso di DigCompOrg o DigCompEdu, si pu\u00f2 qui fare riferimento anche al <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dlplanning.ie\/teaching-learning\/\" target=\"_self\">Quadro di Riferimento dell\u2019Apprendimento Digitale nella Scuole Primarie<\/a>, nonch\u00e9 quello dedicato alla <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dlplanning.ie\/post-primary\/\" target=\"_self\">scuola secondaria<\/a>. Questi due quadri descrivono prassi \u201cefficaci\u201d e \u201cmolto efficaci\u201d per l\u2019uso delle tecnologie in due  ambiti chiave: Insegnamento e Apprendimento e Capacit\u00e0 di Leadership. Ad esempio, nell\u2019 Area SELFIE \u201cPrassi di valutazione\u201d, uno degli indicatori \u00e8 \u201cValutazione delle competenze\u201d (G1). Questo \u00e8 allineato con uno dei 32 standard che comprendono il Quadro di Apprendimento Digitale, ossia lo standard \u201cl\u2019insegnante seleziona e usa le prassi di preparazione e valutazione che migliorino l\u2019apprendimento degli studenti\u201d, collocato sia nell\u2019ambito 3 (\u201dPrassi individuali degli insegnanti\u201d) che nella dimensione \u201cInsegnamento e Apprendimento\u201d. Ciascuno dei 32 standard del quadro propone descrittori che delineano prassi \u201cefficaci\u201d e \u201cmolto efficaci\u201d. Riferimento a questi descrittori potrebbe aiutare la scuola ad identificare gli aspetti delle proprie pratiche scolastiche che sono effettivamente efficaci o molto efficaci, nonch\u00e9 per facilitare  l\u2019identificazione e la messa in ordine di priorit\u00e0 dei settori in cui il miglioramento sarebbe particolarmente auspicabile.<\/p><p><em>1) In SELFIE, le opzioni di risposta per ciascun item
