data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Una volta completata la stesura preliminare del Piano d'Azione SELFIE, compresa l\u2019identificazione delle singole azioni previste (Step 4), occorre  cominciare a descrivere ciascuna azione del piano in modo pi\u00f9 dettagliato. A questo stadio vengono delineati il \u2018quando, il chi, il cosa e il come'  relativamente alle azioni che verranno implementate. Infatti, per ciascuna azione \u00e8 necessario definire:<\/p><ul><li><em><u>Tempistica<\/u><\/em>: Quando sar\u00e0 svolta e completata l'azione?<\/li><li><em><u>Gestione<\/u><\/em>: Chi sar\u00e0 responsabile per l\u2019implementazione e coordinazione dell'attivit\u00e0?<\/li><li><em><u>Risorse<\/u><\/em>: Quali risorse sono richieste per realizzare l'azione?<\/li><li><em><u>Criteri di Successo<\/u><\/em>: Quali risultati sono attesi dall'azione?<\/li><li><em><u>Monitoraggio e Valutazione<\/u><\/em>: Come verr\u00e0 monitorato l\u2019andamento dell\u2019azione e valutato il suo esito?<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c5d3742 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"c5d3742\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c3ecc37 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c3ecc37\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Come si fa?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-35f261a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"35f261a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In questo Step, \u00e8 necessario descrivere dettagliatamente le singole azioni del Piano d'Azione SELFIE. In particolare, per ciascuna azione, occorre specificare le seguenti informazioni:<\/p><ul><li><em><u>Tempistica<\/u><\/em>: indicare  l'intervallo di tempo entro il quale sar\u00e0 realisticamente possibile completare ciascuna azione prevista, specificando orientativamente quando l\u2019azione dovrebbe iniziare e concludere. A questo punto della progettazione si tratta di fare una stima approssimativa, non una programmazione definitiva, dal momento che \u00e8 necessario mantenere, a questo livello, una certa flessibilit\u00e0. Tuttavia, \u00e8 importante focalizzarsi sulla tempistica dell\u2019azione da implementare, particolarmente in presenza di eventuali dipendenze fra pi\u00f9 azioni (per es. quando l\u2019esito della messa in atto  di una certa azione \u00e8 propedeutico ad avviarne un\u2019altra).<\/li><li><em><u>Risorse<\/u><\/em>: nominare la persona o le persone responsabili per: (a) implementare l'azione e\/o (b) assistere alla sua conduzione (c) coordinarne  l'attuazione. Di solito, il coordinamento dell\u2019azione \u00e8 compito di un membro del SELFIE PTK Coordinating team.<\/li><li><em><u>Gestione<\/u><\/em>: identificare le risorse necessarie per svolgere le attivit\u00e0, come ad esempio il personale coinvolto, le attrezzature ed i servizi utilizzati, ecc. Se una di queste dovesse risultare non disponibile, sar\u00e0 necessario considerare come provvedere. Le risorse previste per l\u2019azione potrebbero anche includere tecnologie digitali extra a supporto delle attivit\u00e0 di insegnamento e apprendimento, oppure figure\/organizzazioni esterne coinvolte per aiutare la scuola ad integrare le tecnologie digitali nella didattica, ecc.<\/li><li><em><u>Criteri di Successo<\/u><\/em>: stabilire indicatori chiari e (se possibile) misurabili, che possano essere utilizzati per determinare il grado di successo dei risultati e\/o l'impatto dell\u2019azione. Questi saranno d\u2019aiuto per monitorare l'attivit\u00e0, misurare eventuali miglioramenti e tracciare progressi compiuti verso il raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati. La definizione degli esiti attesi in modo che siano chiari e possibilmente misurabili \u00e8 importante non solo per il monitoraggio nell\u2019azione ma soprattutto per determinarne il grado di successo e il suo impatto.<\/li><li><em><u>Monitoraggio e Valutazione<\/u><\/em>: identificare gli strumenti ed i metodi da utilizzare per poter monitorare i progressi compiuti verso gli obiettivi prefissati dell'azione. I dati di valutazione possono essere sia di tipo quantitativo che qualitativo. Per assicurare che dati raccolti siano validi e affidabili, si consiglia di utilizzare pi\u00f9 di una fonte di informazione. A questo proposito si possono effettuare, per esempio: interviste o compilare questionari per raccogliere il punto di vista degli insegnanti coinvolti; analizzare la progettazione di unit\u00e0 di apprendimento digitali o di singole lezioni; svolgere osservazione diretta in classe; registrazioni video delle lezioni, ecc. Si potrebbe anche chiedere agli studenti di offrire feedback, permettendo cos\u00ec di confrontare i punti di vista degli studenti e quelli degli insegnanti. \u00c8 inoltre importante decidere in che modo i progressi (e l\u2019esito finale) verranno comunicati, con quale frequenza, quando e da chi.<\/li><\/ul><p>La definizione di tutte le informazioni di cui sopra porter\u00e0 alla creazione di  una solida base per implementare il Piano d'Azione SELFIE della propria scuola; inoltre, consentir\u00e0 di monitorare e valutare le singole azioni che compongono quel Piano. \u00c8 importante ricordare che lo scopo principale del Piano d'Azione SELFIE non \u00e8 quello di attuare quante pi\u00f9 azioni possibili, ma di raggiungere gli obiettivi prefissati.
