class=\"translation-block\">SELFIE is a free, customisable tool to help schools reflect on how they use digital technologies to support teaching and learning. The SELFIE tool is one of the 11 initiatives set out in the <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/education\/education-in-the-eu\/digital-education-action-plan_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Digital Education Action Plan of the European Commission<\/a> to promote the effective use of digital technologies in schools by supporting innovation in teaching and learning practices. SELFIE stands for <strong><em>S<\/em><\/strong><em>elf-reflection on <strong>E<\/strong>ffective <strong>L<\/strong>earning by <strong>F<\/strong>ostering <strong>I<\/strong>nnovation through <strong>E<\/strong>ducational Technology, <\/em>and it addresses digitally-based innovation right across the school organisation. The tool is based on the <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/jrc\/en\/digcomporg\/framework\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>European Framework for Digitally-Competent Educational Organisations<\/em> (DigCompOrg)<\/a><a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\" target=\"_self\"><\/a> and has been developed in a participatory manner, involving schools, policy makers, and researchers from across Europe.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>SELFIE si concentra sull'apprendimento piuttosto che sulla tecnologia<\/strong>. Come tale, considera tutte le dimensioni della scuola: strategie scolastiche; pratiche di insegnamento, apprendimento e valutazione; infrastrutture tecnologiche e fisiche; programmi di studio; e l'esperienza degli studenti. Non \u00e8 affatto rivolto a scuole tecnologicamente avanzate. Infatti, SELFIE \u00e8 particolarmente utile per le scuole la cui infrastruttura \u00e8 ancora abbastanza rudimentale e dove l'uso della tecnologia digitale \u00e8 piuttosto limitato. Come strumento e processo di riflessione associato, SELFIE \u00e8 progettato per supportare lo sviluppo sistematico e trasparente della pratica in corso attraverso la riflessione, migliorando cos\u00ec l'apprendimento studentesco, professionale e organizzativo. SELFIE pu\u00f2 consentire alle comunit\u00e0 scolastiche di riflettere periodicamente sui propri progressi e aiutarle a pianificare i passi futuri per realizzare un apprendimento efficace nell'era digitale.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">SELFIE comprende distinti sondaggi di autovalutazione rivolti rispettivamente a dirigenti scolastici, insegnanti e studenti a diversi livelli dell'istruzione obbligatoria. A questi intervistati viene chiesto di riflettere sulla loro esperienza su come le tecnologie digitali vengono utilizzate per l'insegnamento e l'apprendimento all'interno della comunit\u00e0 di apprendimento della loro scuola. Ciascuna indagine comprende <strong> una serie di elementi chiave <\/strong>(la maggior parte di tali indicatori sono comuni a tutti i livelli di istruzione); pu\u00f2 anche includere alcuni elementi facoltativi (selezionati da un insieme predefinito di indicatori facoltativi che la scuola pu\u00f2 scegliere di aggiungere al proprio questionario in base a esigenze specifiche) e la possibilit\u00e0 di creare propri elementi autodefiniti per le proprie esigenze particolari, utilizzando un modulo modello standard. La partecipazione a SELFIE \u00e8 su base volontaria e tutti i dati raccolti sono anonimi e conservati in modo sicuro sui server della Commissione Europea.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Quando i dirigenti scolastici, gli insegnanti e gli studenti partecipanti hanno fornito le risposte al questionario, la scuola riceve automaticamente un rapporto dettagliato e personalizzato, chiamato Rapporto  <strong>SELFIE della scuola (RSS<\/strong>). Questo cattura il punto di vista dei partecipanti sull'uso delle tecnologie digitali per l'apprendimento da parte della loro scuola, evidenziando i punti di forza percepiti nell'uso della tecnologia e le aree di miglioramento. Come i pixel in un selfie fotografico, pi\u00f9 dirigenti scolastici, insegnanti e studenti partecipano a SELFIE, pi\u00f9 chiaro e preciso sar\u00e0 l'SSR della loro scuola.<\/p><p>Solo la scuola partecipante stessa ha accesso al proprio SSR, che fornisce i risultati complessivi (e la relativa suddivisione) delle informazioni fornite dai dirigenti, dagli insegnanti e dagli studenti della scuola.
