class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"translation-block\">SELFIE PTK \u00e9 attualmente disponibile in cinque lingue (Estone, Finlandese, Greco, Inglese e Italiano) e in due diversi formati, come sistema online e come insieme di documenti scaricabili per l\u2019utilizzo in locale (www.SelfiePTK.eu). Queste due opzioni permettono alla scuola di utilizzare lo strumento nel modo pi\u00f9 consono alle proprie esigenze. SELFIE PTK \u00e8 comunque un sistema flessibile in grado di offrire alla scuola materiale di supporto, linee guide e altre risorse che facilitino la fruizione concreta dei risultati ottenuti dal processo di autoriflessione SELFIE. SELFIE PTK offre una valida assistenza in diversi aspetti importanti: (a) l\u2019interpretazione dei dati contenuti nel Rapporto SELFIE della scuola; (b) l'identificazione di eventuali aspetti critici dell\u2019apprendimento\/insegnamento con mezzi digitali che ci sono presentati nella propria scuola, aiutando a stabilirne la priorit\u00e0; e (c) l\u2019abbozzatura di un Piano di Azione SELFIE che affronti le esigenze su cui concentrarsi. In questo senso, SELFIE PTK rimanda alle raccomandazioni iniziali presente sul  <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/education\/schools-go-digital_en\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">portale europeo SELFIE<\/a>  all\u2019uso dei risultati di SELFIE.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Per comprendere meglio lo strumento SELFIE PTK e come utilizzarlo in modo efficace, \u00e8 utile esaminare la sua struttura. Non bisogna, per\u00f2, pensare che SELFIE PTK abbia una struttura rigida e immodificabile. Infatti, lo strumento \u00e8 composto da un insieme flessibile di componenti che la scuola pu\u00f2 esplorare, adattare e usare come desidera per poter sviluppare, implementare e valutare il proprio Piano di Azione SELFIE per ottimizzare l'utilizzo del digitali nell'apprendimento ed insegnamento (v. sezione <a href=\"\/it\/what-is-a-selfie-based-action-plan\/\" target=\"_self\"><strong><em>\u201cCos\u2019\u00e8 un Piano di Azione SELFIE?\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/a>)<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3e20285 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3e20285\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">FASI GENERALI<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-173f1f8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"173f1f8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"translation-block\">SELFIE PTK si basa su un nucleo di fasi fondamentali che la scuola pu\u00f2 seguire durante lo sviluppo, l\u2019implementazione e la valutazione del Piano di Azione SELFIE. Tale dimensione supporta le principali fasi decisionali e operative proposte nel SELFIE PTK. Riguarda l'impegno del <strong>Team di Coordinamento SELFIE PTK <\/strong> volto ad interpretare il contenuto del Rapporto SELFIE della scuola in modo deciso, a definire obiettivi adeguati per l'apprendimento e l'insegnamento col digitale, a pianificare un percorso ben definito di strategie e di azioni che consentono di raggiungere tali obiettivi, a monitorar l\u2019implementazione del Piano di Azione SELFIE e valutarne l\u2019efficacia per migliorare l\u2019uso delle tecnologie digitali nell\u2019insegnamento e apprendimento. SELFIE PTK fornisce supporto per ciascun passaggio previsto (v. di seguito)<\/p><p>Solitamente, quando la scuola si preparare per la stesura di un proprio piano di azione digitale, viene formato un nucleo responsabile che definisce una visione collegiale condivisa dei bisogni digitali, partendo talvolta da zero. Grazie a SELFIE PTK, si introduce un approccio diverso poich\u00e9 le sue fasi fondamentali vertono sull\u2019autoriflessione della scuola nella sua globalit\u00e0 generata dall'uso di SELFIE, e sull\u2019analisi del rapporto dettagliato che ne deriva. Pertanto, l\u2019intero iter \u00e8 solidamente fondato sui dati che di fatto la scuola ottiene quando la sua comunit\u00e0 (dirigenti, insegnanti e studenti) partecipa a SELFIE; un ulteriore contributo viene fornito poi dal materiale di supporto, come descritto pi\u00f9 avanti. Oltre a fornire un punto di partenza per creare un Piano di Azione SELFIE, il processo di autoriflessione a tutto tondo con SELFIE pu\u00f2 essere utile anche per valutare l\u2019efficacia e l\u2019impatto del Piano a posteriori, cos\u00ec completando un processo 'ad anello' e prefigurandone eventuali cicli successivi.<\/p><p>Le fasi generali sono tre:<\/p><ul><li>Fase 1: L'analisi nel Rapporto SELFIE della scuola e la definizione delle priorit\u00e0<\/li><li>Fase 2: Lo sviluppo del proprio Piano di Azione SELFIE<\/li><li>Fase 3: Implementazione e valutazione del Piano in itinere<\/li><\/ul><p>Si noti che queste fasi non devono necessariamente essere svolte rigorosamente in ordine. Durante il monitoraggio delle attivit\u00e0 in corso che viene effettuato nella Fase 3, potrebbe risultare evidente che alcune attivit\u00e0 pianificate nella Fase 2 siano da modificare sul momento. Come anticipato precedentemente, queste tre fasi non sono immutabili, n\u00e9 per loro natura n\u00e9 per quanto riguarda la sequenza: la scuola pu\u00f2 decidere di adattarle, riorganizzarle o riordinarle nel modo che si ritiene pi\u00f9 appropriato. Una delle caratteristiche di SELFIE PTK \u00e8 proprio la possibilit\u00e0 di personalizzazione per rispondere alle specificit\u00e0 della scuola.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">La Fase 1 comprende gli step che vanno da 1 a 3. Ciascuno di essi aiuta la scuola a definire un insieme di priorit\u00e0 assolute identificate dopo una attenta analisi del Rapporto SELFIE per la  scuola condotta attraverso la guida di SELFIE PTK. La Fase 2 comprende due step principali (4 e 5) che riguardano la progettazione e lo sviluppo del Piano di Azione SELFIE, con la definizione a priori delle modalit\u00e0 previste per la  valutazione post-implementativa del Piano. Infine, gli step 6 e 7 compresi nella Fase 3 riguardano la messa in opera del Piano di Azione SELFIE. In aggiunta alle linee guide standard di natura operative per la stesura, implementazione e monitoraggio del Piano di Azione SELFIE della scuola, il supporto messo a disposizione pu\u00f2 eventualmente includere anche delle iniziative di formazione professionale creato su misura, coaching attivo, MOOC, apprendimento tra pari, interazioni all'interno di reti professionali, accesso e scambio di buone pratiche, e cos\u00ec via.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">In effetti, una delle caratteristiche fondamentali di SELFIE PTK \u00e8 che il suo nucleo centrale di linee guide e materiali di supporto base pu\u00f2 essere <strong> adattato <\/strong> e <strong> ampliato <\/strong>. In questo modo, il supporto a disposizione potr\u00e0 essere maggiormente coerente con le politiche in atto, le specificit\u00e0 organizzative della scuola, e  le iniziative di formazione professionale del personale, ecc. Tale caratteristica consente un supporto realmente  efficace nel realizzare e implementare il Piano di Azione SELFIE.
