class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"translation-block\">Come gi\u00e0 accennato, il SELFIE PTK \u00e8 stato ideato per facilitare e guidare l'interpretazione dei dati contenuti nel SELFIE Report della propria scuola e il successivo utilizzo di questa nuova conoscenza come base per produrre un piano ben strutturato e fondato su dati oggettivi (ci\u00f2 che qui viene chiamato il <strong>Piano d'Azione SELFIE <\/strong>). Tale piano ha l\u2019obiettivo generale di aiutare la scuola stessa a migliore il proprio utilizzo delle tecnologie digitali per l'insegnamento e l'apprendimento. Il Piano d'Azione SELFIE prodotto con l\u2019aiuto del SELFIE PTK sarebbe un documento a s\u00e9 stante che descrive attivit\u00e0 che tipicamente possono essere implementate e completate nell'arco di un singolo anno scolastico (ma in casi eccezionali in un arco temporale pi\u00f9 lungo, anche fino a tre anni). Queste attivit\u00e0 verranno messo in atto, monitorate, eventualmente modificato e poi valutate, sempre con un attenzione particolare all'impatto sulla competenza digitali della propria scuola, specificamente in quelle aree e\/o elementi SELFIE gi\u00e0 identificati come prioritari. La successiva riflessione su tali risultati pu\u00f2 rappresentare un\u2019occasione ideale per l\u2019ulteriore elaborazione e perfezionamento del   Piano d'Azione SELFIE di partenza, eventualmente dando luogo ad un processo ciclico di sviluppo della competenza digitale della scuola. L'obiettivo definitivo, quindi, \u00e8 quello favorire e sostenere un processo continuo e sistematico di sviluppo in cui tutti i membri della comunit\u00e0 scolastica di apprendimento sono attivamente coinvolti.<\/p><p>Il Piano d'Azione SELFIE della propria scuola pu\u00f2 eventualmente far parte anche del Piano di Miglioramento e Sviluppo generale. E\u2019 inoltre collegabile ad altre iniziative, politiche o quadri di riferimento scolastici in atto nella propria regione e\/o paese. Il Piano pu\u00f2 contenere le seguenti informazioni:<\/p><ol><li class=\"translation-block\">La descrizione degli elementi critici identificati dall\u2019analisi del Rapporto SELFIE per la scuola <em>(SELFIE PTK Steps <a href=\"http:\/\/selfie-ptk.eu\/it\/use-selfie-ptk\/step-1\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">1<\/a> &amp; <a href=\"http:\/\/selfie-ptk.eu\/it\/use-selfie-ptk\/step-2\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">2<\/a>).<\/em><\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">Formulare l\u2019elenco, seguendo le priorit\u00e0, di aree ed elementi SELFIE identificati come quelli che sembrerebbero avere maggior necessita di intervento, insieme agli obiettivi da perseguire nella pianificazione di tale intervento  <em>(SELFIE PTK <a href=\"http:\/\/selfie-ptk.eu\/it\/use-selfie-ptk\/step-3\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">Step 3<\/a>).<\/em><\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">Descrizione generale dell'insieme di attivit\u00e0 da intraprendere con l'intenzione di affrontare le priorit\u00e0 identificate e raggiungere gli obiettivi predefiniti <em>(SELFIE PTK <a href=\"http:\/\/selfie-ptk.eu\/it\/use-selfie-ptk\/step-4\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">Step 4<\/a>).<\/em><\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">Descrizione dettagliata ed articolata di ciascuna attivit\u00e0 proposta: include informazioni come chi sar\u00e0 responsabile, la tempistica per attuare e completare le attivit\u00e0, i risultati attesi, il modo in cui le attivit\u00e0 verranno monitorate e valutate <em>(SELFIE PTK <a href=\"http:\/\/selfie-ptk.eu\/it\/use-selfie-ptk\/step-5\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">Step 5<\/a>).<\/em><\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">Analisi critica di ciascuna attivit\u00e0 implementata, con l\u2019eventuale modifica  del piano in sede di riflessione collettiva sugli esiti <em>(SELFIE PTK <a href=\"http:\/\/selfie-ptk.eu\/it\/use-selfie-ptk\/step-7\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">Step 7<\/a>).<\/em><\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">Riflessioni critiche documentate a posteriore dell'attuazione del Piano d'Azione SELFIE, focalizzando sul processo e l'esito complessivo dello stesso (riflessioni utilizzabili anche come base per un\u2019eventuale ciclo di pianificazione successivo <em>(SELFIE PTK <a href=\"http:\/\/selfie-ptk.eu\/it\/use-selfie-ptk\/step-7\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">Step 7<\/a>).<\/em><\/li><\/ol><p class=\"translation-block\">\u00c8 disponibile un modulo (in formato  <a href=\"https:\/\/selfie-ptk.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/STEPs-457_-Template_Piano_di_Azione.docx\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\"> Microsoft Word<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/selfie-ptk.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/STEPs-457_-Template_Piano_di_Azione.pdf\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">PDF<\/a>) scaricabile e utilizzabile per aiutare nella stesura del proprio Piano d\u2019Azione SELFIE.
