a ser implementadas (Etapa 4), j\u00e1 se encontra em condi\u00e7\u00f5es de descrever cada a\u00e7\u00e3o mais pormenorizadamente. Nesta etapa ir\u00e1 esquematizar: quando, quem, o qu\u00ea e como \u00e9 que cada a\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1  ser implementada. Para cada a\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio definir:<\/p><ul><li><em><u>Cronograma<\/u><\/em>: Quando \u00e9 que a a\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 levada a cabo e conclu\u00edda?<\/li><li><em><u>Responsabilidade<\/u><\/em>: Quem ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel pela implementa\u00e7\u00e3o e supervis\u00e3o de uma a\u00e7\u00e3o\/atividade?<\/li><li><em><u>Recursos<\/u><\/em>: Quais s\u00e3o os recursos necess\u00e1rios para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da a\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/li><li><em><u>Indicadores de Sucesso<\/u><\/em>: Quais s\u00e3o os resultados esperados desta a\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/li><li><em><u>Monitoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o<\/u><\/em>: De que modo vai o progresso ser monitorizado e avaliado?<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c5d3742 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"c5d3742\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c3ecc37 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c3ecc37\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Como executar esta etapa?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-35f261a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"35f261a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Para cumprir esta etapa \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio fornecer uma descri\u00e7\u00e3o detalhada de cada a\u00e7\u00e3o inserida no PADDE. Mais especificamente, para cada a\u00e7\u00e3o tem de ser fornecida a seguinte informa\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p><ul><li><em><u>Cronograma<\/u><\/em>: Especificar um prazo realista para a conclus\u00e3o de cada a\u00e7\u00e3o. Decidir quando \u00e9 que uma a\u00e7\u00e3o deve ter in\u00edcio e quando \u00e9 que deve estar conclu\u00edda. Esta deve ser uma estimativa aproximada, de modo a permitir alguma flexibilidade. No entanto, a planifica\u00e7\u00e3o da fase de implementa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 importante, pois pode haver depend\u00eancias entre algumas a\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/li><li><em><u>Recursos<\/u><\/em>: Identifique os recursos necess\u00e1rios (i.e., pessoal, equipamento, servi\u00e7os etc.)  para realizar as a\u00e7\u00f5es. Se estes n\u00e3o estiverem dispon\u00edveis, ter\u00e1 de pensar como os pode adquirir. Os recursos poder\u00e3o incluir: tecnologias digitais adicionais, para apoiar o ensino e a aprendizagem; envolver pessoal externo e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de forma a facilitar a integra\u00e7\u00e3o das tecnologias digitais na escola, entre outros.<\/li><li><em><u>Responsabilidade<\/u><\/em>: Nomear a(s) pessoa(s) respons\u00e1vel(eis) por: (a) executar a a\u00e7\u00e3o e\/ou (b) prestar apoio nessa mesma a\u00e7\u00e3o e (c) supervisionar a execu\u00e7\u00e3o da a\u00e7\u00e3o. Normalmente, supervisionar uma a\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 uma tarefa para um membro da coordena\u00e7\u00e3o da EDD.<\/li><li><em><u>Indicadores de Sucesso<\/u><\/em>: Estabelecer indicadores claros e, se poss\u00edvel, mensur\u00e1veis do que devem ser os resultados ou impactos de sucesso das a\u00e7\u00f5es empreendidas. Isso permitir\u00e1 que monitorize a atividade, me\u00e7a a melhoria e acompanhe o progresso para atingir as metas estabelecidas. Resultados bem definidos e possivelmente mensur\u00e1veis s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios n\u00e3o apenas para monitorizar uma a\u00e7\u00e3o, mas, mais importante, para determinar o seu sucesso e efic\u00e1cia.<\/li><li><em><u>Monitoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o<\/u><\/em>: Definir os instrumentos e m\u00e9todos a utilizar para monitorizar e acompanhar os progressos realizados, com vista a alcan\u00e7ar os objetivos da a\u00e7\u00e3o. Os dados da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o podem ser quantitativos e qualitativos. Para recolher dados v\u00e1lidos e fi\u00e1veis, \u00e9 recomendada a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de mais do que uma fonte de recolha de dados. A informa\u00e7\u00e3o e os dados podem vir das perspetivas fornecidas pelos professores, de entrevistas ou question\u00e1rios, da an\u00e1lise do percurso de aprendizagem digital ou dos planos de aula, da observa\u00e7\u00e3o direta em sala de aula, de grava\u00e7\u00f5es em v\u00eddeo, etc. Pode tamb\u00e9m ser solicitado feedback aos alunos, de forma a permitir a compara\u00e7\u00e3o entre a perspetiva deles e a dos professores. Al\u00e9m disso, \u00e9 fundamental definir de que modo o progresso ser\u00e1 reportado, com que frequ\u00eancia, quando e por quem.<\/li><\/ul><p>A defini\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os itens anteriormente referidos ir\u00e1 fornecer uma base s\u00f3lida para a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do PADDE da escola e permitir dar seguimento a cada a\u00e7\u00e3o individual. O objetivo de um PADDE eficaz n\u00e3o \u00e9 implementar o maior n\u00famero poss\u00edvel de a\u00e7\u00f5es, mas sim atingir as metas estabelecidas.
