A ferramenta SELFIE \u00e9 uma das 11 iniciativas estabelecidas no <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/education\/education-in-the-eu\/digital-education-action-plan_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Plano de A\u00e7\u00e3o de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Digital da Comiss\u00e3o Europeia<\/a> para promover a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o eficaz das tecnologias digitais nas escolas atrav\u00e9s do apoio \u00e0 inova\u00e7\u00e3o nas pr\u00e1ticas de ensino e de aprendizagem. SELFIE significa <strong><em>S<\/em><\/strong><em>elf-reflection on <strong>E<\/strong>ffective <strong>L<\/strong>earning by <strong>F<\/strong>ostering <strong>I<\/strong>nnovation through <strong>E<\/strong>ducational Technology,<\/em> e aborda a inova\u00e7\u00e3o de base digital em toda a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o escolar. A ferramenta baseia-se no <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/jrc\/en\/digcomporg\/framework\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Quadro Europeu para Organiza\u00e7\u00f5es Educativas Digitalmente Competentes<\/em> (DigCompOrg)<\/a><a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\" target=\"_self\"><\/a> e foi desenvolvida de forma participativa, envolvendo escolas, decisores pol\u00edticos e investigadores de toda a Europa.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>A SELFIE concentra-se mais na aprendizagem do que na tecnologia<\/strong>. Como tal, considera todas as dimens\u00f5es da escola: estrat\u00e9gias escolares; pr\u00e1ticas de ensino e de aprendizagem e de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o; infraestruturas tecnol\u00f3gicas e f\u00edsicas; curr\u00edculos; e experi\u00eancia dos alunos. N\u00e3o \u00e9, de forma alguma, dirigida apenas para escolas tecnologicamente avan\u00e7adas. De facto, a SELFIE \u00e9 especialmente \u00fatil para escolas cuja infraestrutura \u00e9 ainda bastante rudimentar e onde a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da tecnologia digital \u00e9 bastante limitada. Como instrumento e processo de reflex\u00e3o associado, a SELFIE foi concebida para apoiar o desenvolvimento sistem\u00e1tico e transparente da pr\u00e1tica cont\u00ednua atrav\u00e9s da reflex\u00e3o, melhorando assim a aprendizagem dos alunos, profissional e organizacional. A SELFIE pode permitir \u00e0s comunidades escolares uma autorreflex\u00e3o peri\u00f3dica sobre o seu progresso e ajud\u00e1-las a planear passos futuros na realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma aprendizagem eficaz na era digital.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">A SELFIE disp\u00f5e de question\u00e1rios de autoavalia\u00e7\u00e3o distintos, dirigidos respectivamente aos l\u00edderes escolares, professores e alunos de diferentes n\u00edveis de ensino. Estes s\u00e3o convidados a refletir sobre a sua experi\u00eancia de como as tecnologias digitais s\u00e3o utilizadas para o ensino e para a aprendizagem dentro da comunidade da sua escola. Cada question\u00e1rio cont\u00e9m um <strong>conjunto de itens essenciais<\/strong> (a maioria destes indicadores s\u00e3o comuns a todos os n\u00edveis de ensino); pode tamb\u00e9m incluir alguns <strong>itens opcionais<\/strong> (selecionados de um conjunto pr\u00e9-definido de indicadores opcionais que a escola pode optar por acrescentar ao seu question\u00e1rio, de acordo com necessidades espec\u00edficas) e a possibilidade <strong>de criar os seus itens<\/strong>, utilizando um formul\u00e1rio modelo padr\u00e3o. A participa\u00e7\u00e3o na SELFIE \u00e9 volunt\u00e1ria, e todos os dados recolhidos s\u00e3o an\u00f3nimos e armazenados em seguran\u00e7a nos servidores da Comiss\u00e3o Europeia.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Quando os l\u00edderes escolares, professores e alunos tiverem respondido ao question\u00e1rio, a escola recebe automaticamente um relat\u00f3rio detalhado, denominado <strong>Relat\u00f3rio SELFIE (SSR)<\/strong>. Este relat\u00f3rio capta a vis\u00e3o dos participantes sobre a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o das tecnologias digitais na escola para a aprendizagem, destacando os pontos fortes percebidos na utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da tecnologia e as \u00e1reas a melhorar. Tal como os p\u00edxeis de uma fotografia, quanto mais l\u00edderes escolares, professores e alunos participarem na SELFIE, mais claro e preciso ser\u00e1 o relat\u00f3rio.<\/p><p>Apenas a pr\u00f3pria escola participante tem acesso ao seu relat\u00f3rio, que fornece os resultados globais da informa\u00e7\u00e3o que os l\u00edderes, professores e alunos da escola forneceram.
